A Prayer A Day Afternoon Word
For The Week Of:

12/31/2016 – 01/08/2016
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report.”
Hebrews 11:1-2
Father God in the name of Jesus I give you praise for bringing me through thus far another day.  I bless you Lord for being so good to me.  Lord I ask that you would continue to guide my footsteps today.  Show me what to do and how to do what I need to do to accomplish all that I need to accomplish today with excellence.  Lord today I ask that you would help me to activate the faith that is within me and that I would nurture that seed of faith so that my faith will grow like a tree planted by the rivers of water.  I need my faith to be excellent.  I need my faith to be unmovable.  I need my faith to be unshakable.  I need active faith! I declare today that I walk by faith and not by sight!  I do not depend upon what I see but rather I depend on what YOU see Lord.  I depend on how you lead me Lord.  I depend upon you Father God.  I am all, everything you say that I am Father.  I can do all things through you Lord Jesus because you give me the strength.  I can accomplish exploits in your name Lord Jesus.  I meditate on you Lord.  I fix, set my eyes on you.  I will not look at the winds and the waves that bolster around about me, but rather, I settle my heart on you Lord, I settle my sight on you Lord and I cry out “Lead Me Lord Jesus” with outstretched hands.  I thank you Father God, my feet are on the rock and that Rock is Jesus!  Father I give you praise.  Father I give you glory.  Father I honor you and worship you.  “My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness.  I dare not trust the sweetest frame but wholly lean on Jesus name.  On Christ the solid rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand.  All other ground is sinking sand.”  Bless you Father God!  Bless your great and holy name!  In Jesus name I pray.  Amen
Meditate on the Scripture this week and allow the Lord to speak to your heart.  Pray the prayer in the afternoon this week and allow your heart to speak to the Lord.  May the Lord Continue to Bless You Richly!

This Weeks Scripture Reading is: Hebrews chapter 11
