A Prayer A Day 4/14/2017 – Good God Morning Child Of God!
I want to encourage you this morning because I know that there are many that may be distressed, anxious and/or fearful. These are some things that you and I must remember. We are to “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6. Even in the midst of the storm Child of God, we are to remain unmoved. “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 15:58. The people of God are to rejoice, be thankful to Him and bless His great and holy name. We are to remember where our hope is anchored. We are to remember who our trust is in. We are to remember that we, His children are loved, “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31. David said in Psalm 37:25: “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” Isaiah 54:17 says: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
