A Prayer A Day 7/10/2017 – Good God Morning Child Of God!

A Prayer A Day 7/10/2017 – Good God Morning Child Of God!

Some of us are in a world of turmoil. Some of us have spent the last few weeks weeping many tears. Some of us are disheartened and we feel as if we can’t make it. Today’s prayer is for you my dear brothers and sisters. “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.” 2 Corinthians 4:7-10. Cry out to the Lord Child of God. He hears you and He is willing and able to comfort your heart and bring you peace. He is willing and able to answer and He answers with the answer that you need. It may not be the answer that we want but trust and believe that the answer He gives is the one that we need. ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart’. ‘Your help comes from the Lord’. ‘Fear not the Lord is with you’. ‘You can do all things through Christ’. When we stay in the face of the Lord with constant prayer, when we stay in the face of the Lord with continued reading of His word, when we stay in the face of the Lord with praise and worship in our mouths and in our hearts and we cry out to the Lord for Deliverance from the enemy, HE WILL HIDE US. Want to know the will of the Lord for your life? Ask Him to teach you to do His will. Acknowledge daily that the Father, He is God – He is your savior, He is your provider, He is your healer, He is your comforter, He is your strength, He is your peace, He is your defender, He is your shield. His spirit is good. He will bring water into the dry places of your life. He will cause abundance to spring up and come forth, when you stay before Him.  Stay in His face and seek Him out day and night.  He will teach you how to walk a righteous life Child of God.  He will lead you into the land of uprightness. Have faith, believe and trust in the Lord.

21.  This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

Psalm 34:8-10
8.   O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
9.   O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear  him.
10.  The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

Prayer: Father God in the name of Jesus I thank you for another day.  I thank you Father for reaching out and touching me and allowing me to awake to another day that you have made, for me.  Father I give you praise for your goodness and your mercy and your grace on my life.  Lord I lift you up and glorify your great name.  Today Father I ask that you give me a heart that honors and glorifies you from day to day.  I ask Father that you quicken in me to seek you out, truly seek you with all my heart and with all my might and with all my strength.  I ask today Father that you give me a mind and a heart that acknowledges you in all that I do.  Show me Holy Spirit how to walk in uprightness.  Lord you are my strength, you are my healer, you are my peace, you are my provider, you Lord are everything and everything I need.  Keep me on the right path today Father.  Let me be a witness of you to someone today in word and or in deed.  Show me how to truly be a light that shines forth your brightness Lord.  Hide me from the prying eyes of the enemy Father God, I run to you.  Blessing and honor and glory and power to you Father, forever and ever.  In Jesus name I pray. A Prayer A Day 07/05/2017 – Occupy

A Prayer A Day 07/05/2017 – Occupy

Today’s Scripture Verse(s) – Luke 19:13

This word was in my spirit this morning and as soon as I heard ‘occupy’ this scripture came to mind: Today’s Scripture Verse(s) – “And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” Luke 19:13. This is what ‘occupy’ means: to take possession of; to take up space or time, employ, take over, seize, possess. We must look at this word on a natural and on a spiritual basis Child of God. Every single one of us has been given land to take possession of, as a Child of God, what is this land? The land I speak of is our family, our work place, our businesses, our neighborhoods, every place that our feet tread. For many of us the enemy has seized our possessions and we like little babies cry and whine about what …..(click link to read prayer. please share.) http://conta.cc/2tLfajp

Many of us are like the young man who saw the army with his natural eyes and was in fear. Many of us live our lives in fear of the army that we see surrounding us. What army is surrounding us? The army of “bills” the army of “sickness” the army of “disease” the army of “strife among men”, whatever the contention this is the army that is surrounding us and we are like the young man who could only focus on what he saw with the naked, natural , eye. The Lord wants you to see truly see. The Lord wants to open your eyes to the supernatural. He wants you to truly see that ‘they that be with you are more than they that are with them.’ There is nothing that the Lord does not want to do for us that is good. Certain people walk in the place with God the Father that they do because they have yielded their lives unto the Lord. They have made the sacrifice of giving their all to the Father. They have drawn a line in the sand and said “for God I live and for God I die”. They made the decision to live a life “holy and acceptable unto God”.  That opportunity is available to us all.  Know that the Lord is on your side. Know that the Lord will fight your battles, the prophet Elisha was able to pray, simply pray, talk to the Lord and ask the Lord… and he heard the Lord when He spoke. He did not get that privilege by not living a consecrated life to God, he gave his all to the Father and he walked in faith believing.
~A PRAYER A DAY
2 Kings 6:16-17
16.  And he answered,  Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
17.  And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see.  And the LORD opened the eye of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.

Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Prayer: Father God in the name of Jesus I thank you for another day.   I thank you for waking me up this morning.  I thank you for reaching out and touching me allowing me to open my eyes to see another day that you have made.  Father I bless you for your goodness and your mercy and your love and your kindness and your grace to me.  I bless you Father for providing for me today all that I need.  I thank you Father for keeping me and shielding me and protecting my life and not only my life but the lives of all of my love ones and all of my brothers and sisters in you.  I thank and praise you Father you are so great!  Father I ask today that you would open my eyes to see and my ears to hear.  I want to see what you would have me to see and I want to hear what you would have me to hear.  I need my faith to be active.  I need my faith to be exercised.  I desire to truly walk in faith believing.  Lord I do believe, help thou mine unbelief.  Help me to get rid of any and all unbelief that may be lurking within my heart.  I know that you are able and I know that all things work together for my good because I do love you Lord and I know that I am called according to your purpose.   You have worked on my behalf before and I know that you can and will do it again.  I will not fear.  Father I thank you!  Father I praise you!  Father I bless your great and holy and marvelous name.    In Jesus name I pray. Amen

A Prayer A Day Insights

We must be mindful to behave wisely and use wisdom in how we conduct ourselves Child of God, not only in how the world sees us from an outside view but also in our homes where the Father sees us but the world cannot. We must walk in an upright way in our homes. We are to walk in our houses with a perfect heart this means we are to walk in our homes blameless, faultless and unblemished. We are to present ourselves as Children of the light outside for the world to see and we are to also be Children of the light in our homes as well. (Remember, the Father sees everything.) We have control over what enters into our spirit man. We all have gates which play a big part in keeping us right before the Lord. What are these gates? We have ear gates and we have eye gates. What our eyes see and what our ears hear can bring honor or bring corruption within, we have the power to choose which. There is no darkness in the Lord and if we are in Him there is to be no darkness in us. We must live and we must walk in the light at all times.

~A PRAYER A DAY

Psalm 101:2-3

2.  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way.  O when wilt thou come unto me?  I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
3.  I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

1 Thessalonians 5:5

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

Ephesians 5:8

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light

Ephesians 5:19-21

19.  Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20.  Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21.  Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Prayer:   Father God in Jesus name I come to you today with thanks and with praise. I thank you Father for waking me up this morning and I thank you for keeping watch over me last night as I slumbered and slept. Father I thank you for your goodness and your mercy and your grace. I bless you Father for taking care of me and shielding me and protecting my life and the lives of all of my love ones and all of my brothers and sisters in you. I bless you Father God. I praise you Father God. I glorify and honor you Father for all things. Lord today I ask that you help me to walk in the light. Help me Lord to walk in the light continually. Help me Holy Spirit to not just allow the light of the Lord to shine forth through me when I am among others but help me Holy Spirit to let the light of my Lord Jesus shine through me in my home, on my job, in my travels, everywhere that I go and where I live. Help me Holy Spirit to show the love of Christ at all times. Look in and search my heart Lord for any darkness, shine the light of your countenance on my heart Lord and open my eyes to see anything that is not right, anything that is not pleasing to you and help me Holy Spirit to rout out any traces of darkness in Jesus name. I don’t want any darkness within me Lord. I don’t want the enemy to come and find anything of him within me! Father I thank you. Father I praise you. Father I exalt and bless your great and holy name. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

A Prayer A Day 06/26/2017 – To Be Like Him

A Prayer A Day 06/26/2017 – To Be Like Him

Today’s Scripture Verse(s) – Philippians 2:5-8

Are you studying the Savior? To be like Him we must study Him and not only study Him we must pray asking Him to make us more like Him. There is a song we use to sing at church when I was a little girl. I may have shared this song before but I hear it in my spirit today: “To be like Jesus. To be like Jesus. How I long to be like Him. So meek and lowly, so humble and holy. How I long to be like Him.” It goes on to say: To talk like Jesus and To walk like Jesus… How many of us actually long to truly be like the Lord? This takes us to: Today’s Scripture Verse(s) – “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of …..
