We are living in a time that we MUST pray for each other. We are living in the time of the ‘falling away’. This falling away we have set in our minds that people will just totally not look to the Lord, this falling away time we have set in our minds one particular way, but let me tell you in my heart I hear the falling away is also like this: Many will be sitting in churches attending services/meetings saying that they are putting in their God time, but not living their day to day lives unto the Lord. Our souls prosper through the reading of the word of the Lord and through prayer and time spent in the presence of God. This cannot be said enough, it should be said over and over again until the people, until, WE, the children of the Most High God get it in our spirit and come to the understanding and come into the knowledge that we MUST pray, we MUST commune with and we MUST read and meditate on the word of the Lord.  Prayer is a privilege, it is a privilege to pray.  Just think if there were no prayer, no way to connect to Father God.   If there was no prayer, we would have no way of asking and seeking the Lord for what we need.  If there was no prayer there would be no way of seeking and asking the Lord for the needs of our love ones, there would be no way of communicating with the Lord.  I believe that if there were no prayer we would be totally and absolutely destitute. Where and how could we build up our hope? It is a privilege to be able to pray.  So many of us do not take advantage of this great benefit.  Prayer can change the face of the earth.  Prayer can change our surroundings.   Prayer causes things to happen in the atmosphere.  When we prayer to the Father we cause our soul to prosper.  When we spend time in the presence of the Lord, when we are reading and meditating on His word, when we are praying, WE begin to change. The more we are in His presence, the more we are praying, the more we are meditating and taking in and “utilizing” His word, we change even the more going from glory to glory, to awake with His likeness. ~ A Prayer A Day

********** Prayer: Father God in the name of Jesus I give you thanks and praise for this brand new day.  Thank you Father for touching me and waking me up this morning and thank you Father for keeping watch over me as I slumbered and slept on last night.  Father I give you praise and thanks for all things.  Lord today I ask that you would continue to walk with me and talk with me.  I need you to lead me and guide my every footstep.  I need you Lord to keep me on the right pathway.  I need you Lord to search my heart and show me anything that I need to rout out of it, anything that displeases you, show me Father the things that are not right and help me Holy Spirit to dig them out.   Create in me a clean heart Father God and renew a right spirit within me!  Lord I need you to help me.  I desire to pray more.  I desire to spend more time in your presence.  I desire to commune with you Father God.  I desire to walk in total absolute obedience to your word, to your will and to your way.  I want to awake with your likeness Lord!  Help me, show me Holy Spirit how to pray without ceasing.  Help me, show me Holy Spirit how to watch and pray.  Help me Holy Spirit!  I need my soul to prosper, I want my soul to prosper Father God.  Father, I thank you for a prospering soul.  I bless you Father for your goodness and your mercy.  I thank you Father for your love and your kindness.  I glorify you Father God for your grace and your favor, on my life.  Lord I give you all the glory and all the honor.  I give all the praise for you alone are worthy. Are you remembering trials and tribulations you are going through or have gone through in this life? Are you remembering the hard times the disappointments the times you didn’t know or even now don’t know where to turn or what to do?  It’s fine to remember things that have happened, but also remember how the Lord brought you out, allow these remembrances to keep you humbled. Whatever you are experiencing now that may be distressing you, that may be causing your tears to flow like a river, think on those things before that had you in this same place, now, remember how the Lord brought you through. Cause your hope and your trust to be in the Lord. When we are deep in distress at times we tend to forget who our Deliverer is. We sometimes begin to lean on the arms of flesh, “what can I do to make this right?” “What can I do to fix this situation?” Have you consulted the Lord? Have you asked the Lord what you should do or how you should handle it or did you just run out, without taking the time to get in the presence of the Lord and ask for His leading and His guidance, did you just run out and decide to do something yourself?  Fix your eyes on the Lord, fix your heart on seeking the Lord and allow Him to give you rest, when you do this, by His mercies you will not be consumed He will bring you peace because He has compassion for and on you and His  compassions do not fail. ~ A Prayer A Day

What is our “loins” as it pertains to the reference of it in the bible? When we are told to girt/gird up our loins it means to prepare ourselves to face the enemy. Be ready and strengthened to endure. The scripture says to girt up your loins with the truth, prepare yourself with the truth, what is the truth? The truth is the word of God. How do you prepare? By reading and studying and getting to know the word of God. Get to know Jesus. Read the word of God get in prayer and really get to know the King of kings and the Lord of lords, because when the enemy comes you will need to know the word and speak the word of God. What does your breastplate look like? Is it nicked? Does it have dents? Has it been cut into or is it bright shining and whole without dents, nicks or cuts? Take a look. Is your heart hardened like a stone or is it pliable to the hand of the Lord, Is He able to write His word on the tables of your heart? Does your heart speak peace and encouragement or does it harbor hatred, strife, bitterness and jealousy? Does your heart speak the truth or does your heart tell lies? Get the word of God in your inner parts let it sink deep into your spirit, make it your sustenance it must be your daily bread. “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Psalm 119:11, this is the breastplate of righteousness. ~ A Prayer A Day

********** Prayer: Father God in the name of Jesus I give you thanks and praise for this day.  Thank you Father for waking me up this morning and I thank you Father for keeping watch over me last night as I slumbered and slept.  I thank you Father for keeping watch over all of my family members and all of my brothers and sisters in you and their family members.  I bless you Father God for your great goodness and your tender mercy you show to every single one of us.  I bless you Father God for all that you do for us.  I give you praise Father God for providing all that we need and thank you Father for keeping us, shielding us and protecting us from all hurt harm and dangers seen and unseen.  Holy Spirit I ask today that you would show me how to truly gird up my loins with the truth and show me how to put on the breastplate of righteousness so that I can Stand.  Write your word on the tables of my heart Father.  I will not lend my ears to the voice of the enemy I will not listen to his lies, I will not shake my head in agreement with his lies.  I have your word in me and I endeavor to keep putting your word within.  I will hide your word in my heart that I might not sin against you Father and so that I have an answer, when asked, of the truth, your word is the truth.  Take out of me the stony heart and put within me a heart of flesh that is pliable in your hand Father God, to do your will, to seek your face, to be all that you have made me, called me and chosen me to be.  Father I give you praise and glorify your great name this day.  You are so good, so wonderful and so amazing.  I bless you and honor you and I love you Lord, In Jesus name I pray.  Amen

Give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus.  Do you want your mind and heart to be the mind and heart of the Lord?  Is your heart cry ‘I want to know you more Lord?’ Is your conversation Jesus, Jesus, Jesus?  GOOD!  There will be those around you that will say you talk about Him too much.  There will be those around you that will say you’re too serious about Him.  There will be some that will stop talking to you and some that will make it there business to stay away from you, but, that’s alright because, ‘You got Jesus and that’s enough’.  Strive to know Him more.  Strive to be in His presence more.  Strive to study His word more.  Strive to pray more.  Seek Him out even the more.  Walk in the Spirit!  Walk in the Spirit!  Walk in the Spirit!  Draw nigh unto Him, even the more. ~ A Prayer A Day

When I returned I had some very deep feelings about some things and I began to cry to the Father about them. Then while listening to a call from a prominent leader in Christiandom I was prompted within my spirit to write this to you and all that will read it. Many of us have become so inundated with our ‘lives’ and the things happening in our ‘lives’ and the desires of our ‘lives’ that we have become blind to the tricks of the enemy. If the heavens and those that are in the heavens praise the wonders and the mightiness, the awesomeness and magnificence of Almighty God the Father, how much the more are we duty bound to do the same? We are to praise and honor and reverence the Lord day and night. He is wonderful and great and full of mercy and grace toward us. There is no one, nothing like our God in all the heavens or in all the earth. Sometimes we forget just who God is. We need to remind ourselves daily who He is and put Him in the proper place of our lives. Where or what is the proper place? It is truly FIRST. Some say “The Lord is first in my life.” Is He really? Is He your first thought in the morning? Is He filling your thoughts throughout the day? Is He your last thought before you close your eyes to slumber and sleep? If He isn’t then He is not first. If He isn’t, who or what is, think about it. Someone will say, “Who can really think on God all day? Isn’t that reserved for those who preach the word of God, the “special” God people?” Answer to that question is: NO, it’s not reserved for “the special God people”. It is for everything that has breath. That includes you. ~ A Prayer A Day

When you are truly thirsty for the Father nothing will be more important than being in His presence. When you are truly thirsty for the Father nothing will be more important than seeking His face. Your thoughts, no matter what you are doing, will revert to the Lord of Glory, the King of kings continuously. “How can I know you more Lord?” “How can I get closer to you Lord” “I want to be right in your eyesight Father” “I want to be pure and clean before you Father” These will be the type of thoughts and questions you will have, these are the type of questions and feelings you will express to the Father, when you are truly thirsty for Him. When you truly thirst for the Father others around you will not understand, unless they are truly thirsting for the Lord as well. They won’t understand why you pull away and pray so much, they won’t understand why you don’t do or even have the desire to do things you use to do. They may even stay away from you because your conversation is always about the Lord. You may even be called a “fanatic” or “holy roller” or “too God serious”, but when you truly thirst for the Father, you don’t care about what people say or even what people think. All you want is to be with and be pleasing to the Father and when you are like this He comes and He will pour upon you living water. ~ A Prayer A Day

********** Prayer: Father God in the name of Jesus I give you thanks and praise.  Father I thank you for another day.  I bless you for allowing me to open my eyes to another day that you have made.  Father I thank you for your love and your kindness and your mercy to me and all of my love ones, to all of my brothers and sisters in you.  Lord today I’m asking you to give me a hunger and thirst for you like I have never had before.  I need you Lord to endue me with such a thirst for you that I will run after you with everything that is within me.  I need to hunger for you Lord just like and even more than I hunger for food.  Cause me Lord to hunger and thirst for you and nothing more.  Remove from me Father every hindering block.  Remove from me Father anything that would keep me from running after you, that would keep me from fulfilling my purpose and destiny in you, that would keep me from touching you Lord.  Take out of me every desire that is not of you.  Take out of me every desire that would hinder my moving forward in you.  Remove every thing that would keep me from moving forward in you Father God.  Help me Holy Spirit to continuously draw nigh to my Father God.  Strengthen me Lord to stand and truly be the warrior you have made me to be in you.  Father I thank you! I know you will do it!  Father I praise you! I know you will answer my prayer!  Father I exalt you!  I know that you hear my heart cry! Father I bless you.  You are so good and so great and I give you all the glory.  Bless your holy name.  In Jesus name I pray.  Amen
